Putting holes in paper

- To make holes in paper, for brads , buttons, or thread, I put the paper on my mouse pad, then make the hole using my paper piercer or a push pin. It's great because it's soft and it puts a hole in the paper without putting a hole in anything else! Plus, this helps so that your paper doesn't bend.
