Having problems storing your Cookie Cutter dies? I was. I took matters into my own hands. Purchased some of the QuicKutz Magnetic Adhesive Sheets, a case of CD clear standard jewel cases and got busy. First, I had to break out the CD portion of the case, snapping the plastic below the "hinges" of the inner piece. (This is important because if you remove it all together you'll have a hole large enough for dust, debris and possible loss of dies.)Second, replace the end piece being sure the "hinges" are securely in place. Third, measure your magnetic strip and cut to fit. Press firmly into place. Finally, place your dies on the magnetic sheets. There is enough room inside the case for magnetic strips on both sides of the case and CC-dies to boot. Oh, they don't touch either. I haven't had a chance to decorate the outside of the cases I've done yet, but I'm saving the original packaging to alter the cases for easy identification later. Cost effective, quick and very easy. Happy crafting!
