life changes when we become scrappers. we start to see every moment as a possible photograph, every celebration as a page in progress. it can become frustrating to try and scrap those parts of our lives that happened before we came to "scrap-consciousness". this can be especially aggravating when you want to scrap your own life, your own person-hood.

some things i've found it useful to include as i scrap pages of my life pre-scrap:

(many of these things i color photocopy, to maintain archival quality)
old journal pages
notes from high school- especially those with doodles on them
letters of recommendation
college application essays make great page backgrounds
wish lists, grocery lists, goal lists. your hopes and dreams.

hope this helps, happy scrapping!
