Artist's Comments:

To create a guide for my handstitching, I first poked holes around the border of the lavender cardstock with my paper piercing tool. I placed the cardstock over a mousepad to make the tool work more easily. I then hand-stitched around the perimeter with metallic blue thread, tacking down the beaded spiral paper clips and flower accents with stitches as I went. The title blocks, flower accents and key words in my journaling were highlighted with Radiant Pearls for a little extra sparkle.
