Mosaics have been a design feature for years in many types of media. A mosaic is a series of tiles or shapes that fit together to create a larger shape. While many times that larger shape is a square or rectangle, it can be anything you want. Mosaics look wonderful when using pieces of photos, patterned paper, solid cardstock, or a variety of colors and types of paper used together.
