I just got my smash book a couple of days ago and I am dedicating mine to my weight loss journey. I am working on losing the last 40 pounds ( I am already down 40 ) and thought it would be fun and less stressful if I did it this way instead of a journal where I focus on calories and pounds down and workouts. I want to remember this time but not become obsessed with it, so I am doing a smash book, funny thing is that I find myself putting recipes and snack ideas in mine and thats not very helpful when I am trying to fight the urge to stay away from the junk food....
