Please advise: what is the best way to adhere buttons to the page? I have a tape runner and a glue pen from CM. I don't know if these will work.
Thanks!

I doubt the glue pen would hold. A tape runner might.

Glue dots would be my suggestion. I haven't found anything better.

Glue dots here too!
You could also sew it on. If the holes on the button are far enough away from each other and you use a small enough needle. (You just don't want to end up with one big hole, which can happen.)

Glue dots, glossy accents, or KI Gloo. I grab whichever one is closest.

Hello, I use Aileens Tacky glue or AD Tech Glue dot runner. Hope that helps.

I use Beacon 3 in 1 for all embellishments it's a really thick glue so dries fast and sticks stuff down and it doesn't move!

I've also found that glue dots are the best to use or the ATG.

I typically sew mine on but I also use my ATG sometimes and it is sticky enough and works well.
