I'm doing a Christmas/Holiday smashbook. It started at Thanksgiving and runs through December until New Year's Day. I am LOVING this thing so much! I'm keeping up with it, and I love that the pages can be "free and messy" just to document stuff. Not every page has to be a masterpiece. I really REALLY am loving smashing it up!
FB friends may have seen some or all of these, but decided to upload too!
I should be finished with Great grandma's calendar tonight. So I hope to get those pages posted soon and I haven't even started my MIL's calendar. You know, no rush. I only have to have it done by Christmas Eve….LOL
I'm here but already behind! Hope to leave love soon.
I have upload several cards tonight as I have been busy with Christmas season. Some of you will see some of these in your mailbox! If you don't get a Christmas card don't worry you will get "another holiday" card sometime this year. I still love you just didn't have time to make more cards.
acu--don't know if I'll get any scrapping done today though--am playing with my new Cameo--but, Lesley, I definately agree with a post you made when you got yours--why do they not include the tools up front!?!?!?!?!

Hi ladies jci & getting ACU. I haven't done anything scrappy in over a month. I'm going to work on my desk calendar today, I do one every year.
Bev, hope you're having fun with your Silhouette (I'm still learning), I also need to order some mats for mine. Not sure what tools you mean but mine came with a set of 3 tools, cutting mat and a cover.
I ordered a scraper and a pick me up (had a disaster with my first project--tiny alphas that I couldn't get off the sticky mat)--plus an extra cutting blade and a $25 download card for the online store. Will be ordering a back up mat soon. Have watched quite a few youtubes today--hence little scrapping. I have about finished my first lo with the silhouette--but probably won't get it pictured and posted until tomorrow.
Mindy- You KNOW that Mason is a total charmer, but such a butthead! LOL. Boys are special and crazy. You want to throttle them one minute, and cuddle them the next. I am often amazed that any boys make it to manhood, considering how rotten they can be! Mason tests my limits a lot, but he's worth it! I know you get what I'm saying, Ian is the same for you!
I got a page done today, all girly and frilly and perfect for my sweet baby girl. She's getting SO big, and pretty and smart. Time needs to slow down!
Bev, where did you get your Silhouette from? Mine also came with a $25 & extra $10 download card, I bought mine from HSN. I still struggle with getting some clean cuts, the small stuff is very hard and frustrating, it also depends on what type of paper you're using...I'm working on a page today using it and hope to get it posted soon...BBL
Sorry the pictures are so blurry. Some of them were taken at 4:30am after staying up all night to get them finished to be mailed out in time for Christmas Eve (which it didn't make it there in time anyway) and the others were taken with about 20 minutes to spare before we had to be at Christmas eve dinner and to give the calendar as a gift. I cut it pretty close this year.
Rebecca, did you recognize the calendar on the cover of the calendars I made. I didn't feel like I could use them all as a calendar since they both have special holders they use to display these calendars year round. But, I wanted to use them somehow. So I thought that calendar page with the 2014 would be a cute way to use them. I always think I may have gotten those flowers from you from a perviously crop as well. Your touches are all over the calendars.
