No, no, Liz, J Lo isn't married to Ricky Martin, she's married to Marc Anthony. I read Enquirer, Star, and People. For fun. I read serious stuff, too.

Then who do I think he's married to? And who is Sarah Michelle Geller married to, because I know I'm confusing her husband with someone else, too!

Sarah Michelle Gellar is married to Freddie Prinze, Jr. See, I am useful for something after all. Useless celebrity trivia. j/k

I'll fix you a cup Viv! You keep scrapping!

I don't know how you do it!

Therapy, remember? I'm just blinging the layouts now. Got 8 finished, 14 more to go.

In my defense, two of them are men with two first names and one of them starred in the live version of Scooby Doo. I would forget myself if I were Freddie Prinz Jr, just based on having to have the fake blond plastic wig for those movies!

Ok. I still haven't finished packing for tomorrow, which I'll do over my morning coffee. I did put together a digital page and send it to a lab for printing. It will be ready tomorrow morning when I stop on my way to the crop. I also have all the elements set so that I can do a digital demonstration tomorrow.

Now to bed.

I get a great signal in the yard and out in front of my apartment building ... and thats 5 floors down ...

Tink, is there an Internet cafe you could go to? I find all of my family has a hard time honoring my me time when the computer is in the family room... but I could go to Panera or Starbucks and hang out by the fire place and no one would bug me for hours. Not that I *have*, mind you. All my good scrappy stuff is on my main computer, in the family room.

Which I will certainly be sharing with my kids in the family room as they get older. Yep, one for three kids too. I plan to be a mean mom. Did you hear the story of the mom who placed an ad in the paper selling her son's car because she found empty alcohol containers in it?

I'm having problems with a cat! One of the cats has taken to going to sleep with my youngest. But then when I go to bed, I take the cat out of ds' room. Well tonight the cat was distracted by a noise and has wanted in and out of the bedroom! I've been up and down the stairs to settle him!

But then, I've never seen the appeal of George Clooney, either, so there you are.

And to finish cleaning the kitchen from dinner.
And probably to get myself something warm to drink.

The woman across the hall looked at all the bags and boxes and wondered if we were going on a trip. Nope. This is all for me for tomorrow.

I have too much stuff.

No, you just need a bigger car. Stronger arms/back. More things one wheels.

I just moved ALL of my sb stuff down to my parents. Filled my entire vehicle Too the brim. Ok...was over flowing. Well, ok...I had one little rolly drawer thing that didn't make this trip. However, I had to fit the dog and my clothes for the weekend in. I am trying to take as much down there when I am visiting as possible in order to prepare for moving next month. Poor dog even had to ride on stuff. He got to sit on a stack of rugs and a few blankets. Should have been cushy...just made him extra tall.

Therapy and drugs, but that on;y helps a little. It's becoming something I have ot live with. Until it gets too bad - then back surgery. And there is no guarantee that will help.

Somedays are better than others. So I just try to deal with it.

I had just told the kids that of all the cookies, oatmeal were healthiest because of the fiber in the oatmeal. I then told Jory that on the rare occasions that I worked mornings, and got morning-munchies-but-not- wanting-breakfast, I would go and get oatmeal cookies. Eat my oatmeal in a cookie.

Either one is good in my book! Though I do not eat much ice cream, but if I do, I love a pint of Ben and Jerry's. I hide it in the freezer!

Oatmeal is also good for your cholestorol, I think that's what it's good for. I'm tired, might not be thinking clearly.

This made me think of a t-shirt DD bought for DGS today.

It says:

My MOM can fix anything.
(and below it is a picture of chocolate chip cookies)

I got some papers at Target the other day that were pretty cute. In the $1 spot. Wedding themed. Thought I could use them for a friends wedding we have coming up in May, and the anniversary book I'm doing for my folks

I saw that! I got the summer paper with the flip flops. Very cute, too! I bought stacks of trims that were 75% off, a quarter a piece! I love the Dollar Spot!

I don't like cookie, cakes or donuts. I do however like Cheesecake (Which I think of as more of a custard type pie) and brownies. I am not a fan of sweets or pastries. I know I'm odd.

When it comes to Ben and Jerry's it has to be something with chocolate in it.

Well, I did the clean-up.
I did the warm drink.

DGS is still not wanting to go to sleep, but he's in his bed.

I'm going to scrap for a bit.

Karamel Sutra is caramel-flaved ice cream and rich chocolate ice cream with dark chocolate chips surrounding a 1/4" core of caramel. OMG it is heaven in a pint. If I had a horrible day (like the way Jory's been behaving the last WEEK) I go for it...I go for the chocolate half during PMS...

Dear husband whom I love and adore....

When you say you'll need 5 minutes to dust, please take 5 minutes, dust, and then exit my "me" space.

Do not assume, that because I sat down at the scrap table, it means I no longer want to be on the computer, and therefore you have free rein to use the computer to scan a bunch of stuff just now. Please wait until I am busy downstairs fixing dinner or dealing with the baby and use the computer at that time.

Do not look over at where I am using my Cricut and see the USB port and assume it now counts as an "electronic toy" which gives you free rein to find out all about it that you can online.

If I cared about the purpose or capability of the USB port, I would have researched it myself sometime within the 15 months that I have owned said Cricut. (IOW, I would've asked my VCW sisters. There's always someone there who knows the answer to everything.)

If I was interested in signing up for the Cricut newsletter that you discovered as you researched the purpose and capabilities of the USB port, I would have done so before today.

And if I cared about the Cricut forum, I would be spending my time there already.

Oh. The ball game's on? You're going to go watch it now? Okay. Thank you. [quickly closing door behind dear husband whom I love and adore...]

I am fairly sure I have pink eye.

I'm guessing that means absolutely no working until it's cleared up?

Well I woke up this morning, had some bad allergies, but my eye is tons better. Strange!!

I would have gotten on pink eye meds and would have not been contagious after being on them 24 hours.

I just thought that, since you work in a pedi's office, they'd be more particular than usual about any chance of having pink eye around the kids.

Um....if it were up to me...that would be sooooo true......but...... ........my boss.....hs to be reminded to wash hands between patients.....so....uh.....yeah.

Neighbor came over...sil came over...fixed dinner, ate dinner, had a sit down heart to heart with dd (didn't get anywhere, but I thought it was interesting that Ria did the same thing tonight). Then I had to clean up dinner (with dh looking over my shoulder telling me what I put in the wrong place in the dishwasher), work 4 suduko puzzles to calm down and here I am....on my 4th diet dew of the day.

I'm on my second or third 24-oz Diet Coke today. I don't remember. I lost count.

Dawny, have you thought of carrying hand sanitizer with you? I carry a bottle of it from Bath & Body Works (usually to match the shower gel/body spray I use) in my pocket all the time. I love it.

A few minutes ago, I discovered dd has made herself a new Myspace page. Now dh has grounded her from the computer completely. She is also grounded from going anywhere or using the phone. She is SO disrespectful. She can't even humor us while we're talking to her by not giving us dirty looks. I'm so sad that my precious little girl has turned into this. AND I have two more to go.

Monica? Is this the same DD who just made cheerleading? There's your "OMG-NO-MOM!" new threat to make to her.
Just be ready to carry it through. I am glad your hubby did the computer ban. But is she on computers at her friend's home?

No....this is my oldest dd. She's 16. My cheerleader dd is 13. They are both a handful, but I keep outsmarting them. I think there will come a time when I can't figure out all their tricks, though, but I'm not telling them that!
I asked 13 year old dd if she had made a new myspace. She said, "No way! I'm not stupid!" I'm not holding my breath.

Ok..not Dawny ...lol. However, I am totally allergic to the scented bbw. I also HATE that company (used to work for another store owned by limited and they are EVIL). So I don't use the scented ones.

It is also supposed to be bad to use that stuff all the time, but I used it a ton when I worked on river (river water is icky...icky icky...)
