My hubby keeps asking me what I want for Christmas and I don't know what I want. What scrapbooking items are on your list this year. I already have a cricut, so I don't need that but what are the other must haves this year?
On my list?? I would love a day to myself.. not have to worry about kids, house or anything.. just to scrap!! But, with hubby's hours, I know that isn't going to happen. So I went for some Christmas kits and Slice disks. He snuck off to M's last Monday when the Slice disks were 50% off!
It sorta depends on what you already have or don't have.
My Top 20 'Wish List items' in no particular order would be...
1. Clip-It Up
3. Bind-It All
5. Slice Desktop Storage
7. Cricut Carts (You do realize there are over 100 to choose from!)
8. An ATG gun
9. An Xyron X (if you don't already have one)
10. A bunch of D-Ring Albums (I always seem to need more!)
11. Patterned Paper Packs
12. Primas (can never have enough!)
13. Gems, Rhinestones, Bling in General (can never have enough!)
14. Making Memories Embellishment Organizer
15. Making Memories Desktop Carousel
16. Making Memories Trimmer
17. Anything from Tim Holtz
18. Scrapbooking Books & Magazines (How about a subscription?)
19. A new rolling tote, purse, bag or organizer
20. sb.com gift card (in case you really can't choose & might think of something later!)
I am big into stamping lately, so I asked my MIL for online gift cards to places that sell some of my fave stamps. I also asked for a gc to this site. I bought myself Slice cards when they were on sale and won't let myself use them until Christmas. I also got myself a new Ott lite. I love them...they make everything so bright and easy to see. What about a camera or Cricut cartridges? I also love any and all kinds of storage solutions. There's some spellbinders nestabilities dies that I still want, too.
This is my wish list in general and its my goal to collect all of this during the new year...
-Hambly Studios rubons, transparencies and wall decor (I'd like to spend $300 and stock up)
-Basic Grey Origins collection and all the goodies to go with it
-A HUGE stash of adhesives (Xyron and Glue Lines)
-Stamps and ink pads
-Tim Holtz Crackle paint (entire collection)
-Tim Holtz Stickles (entire collection)
-Glimmer Mist (entire collection)
-Acrylic stamp blocks
-Bazzill ($500 worth)
-Making Memories paint (every color I can get my hands on)
-Doodlebug Glitter (again, every color possible)
-A ton of alphabets, specifically American Crafts
-American Crafts ribbon
If I could really get my way, and I'm hoping to with our tax refund, I'd completely makeover my scrapbooking room. Its kind of small and the original cabinets I had built just dont suit my needs and theres lots of unusable space.
More than anything though, I'm hoping for a BFP on the 28th! Please send me lots of sticky baby dust

I want some Tim Holtz alcohol inks REALLY bad so that would top my list. I am working on my new scraproom so I have asked my husband for two 6' foot folding tables to set up in that room. I also would like the Music Stack paper from DCWV to use with my daughter's choir photos. I just got a cricut so cartridges would also be on my list.
i got some $ from a relative and bought myself a a hello kitty font cartridge and hello kitty hoodie. the rest i am saving for something else later. i bought a lot at black friday sales and am good on scrappy stuff for awhile.
i would say a gift card. that way, when you need something (adhesive, a new mat for your cricut, blades, etc) you will have the gift card to go get it.
if you don't have one already, what about a scrapbooking magazine subscription? i love creating keepsakes!
