I just bought a bunch at a Scrapbook Expo I just went to.
100 for $5 bucks.

Not that this helps you very much.

Before this, I would use coupons at Michael's or ACMoore.

Make them yourself? There are some videos on here that are helpful. Or as suggested, use a coupon....

Dollar Tree - fake flowers

Or make your own paper ones with a punch

Another vote for Dollar Tree. Buy floral stems in different colors and then take the petals apart. Put some bling or a brad in the center and you'll have plenty of flower embellishments for next to nothing.

I like to get mine from ebay. People will sell them in lots and then you get a bunch of different colors and sizes. A lot of sellers are offering free shipping these days as well.

any dollar store and rummage sales for silk flowers or I make them with my cricut. You can also make them with circle and heart punches. Google punch art!

I go to the dollar store for silk flowers and take the flowers apart. Put them together the way I want them.

There are some great brads at Oriental Trading in the scrapbook section. They have flowers also but I think most match their papers.

I love the new Prima e-line flowers because they are really affordable. Plus I use these Pillar Packs all the time--and they are on sale here at SB,com for really cheap right now. They are PACKED with flowers.

hth!

Yes, they are expensive. That is why I am now making my own flowers and embellishments. I love the idea of making my own using my Cricut or other punches. Also, the Lollipop flowers are soooo easy to make! I refuse to spend so much money on the premade flowers. I also go to the $ store and tear the flowers apart!

If I am in Walmart and happen to see a flower on the floor, I pick it up. I tell them at check-out that it was on the floor. I have brought home several usuable flowers once I take them apart. I say why waste a pretty flower?

I buy them here for a good price. I've also thought about making my own with my cricut, but I need to learn how to add dimension to the flowers. Read an idea to use old encyclopedias to cut out flowers with punches so they have the print on them. Love the idea, now I just need to find an old encyclopedia to cut up.

I started cutting out flowers with my cricut machine and doubling them up, inking, and glitterizing them and putting a pretty brad in the middle, and I have choices of colors are as limited as paper available. Put glue dots underneath form some dimension. Love my Cricut. JUST LOVE IT!!

I did this, but printed my own words and then made the flowers using punches and deco scissors.
Finally, a use for those darned scissors!

I don't know for sure, but since most are fabric, I would guess they're okay (acid-free).
