I love trying out new techniques, but I get so weary of searching the internet page after page for something new to share.

So...for the ease of use, would you post links to your favorite techniques or tutorials here? They do not have to be your own.

Here's a tutorial for making your own glue spots. (Note Glue Dots are a brand name...)

http://www.youtube.com/scraperfect#p/u/5/CY6 pa7oWAac

Check out some of my other tutorials on youtube like how to make a cricut mat sticky again. Also a cool video making a birthday card with a whole bunch of different techniques from stamping on acetate to printing on vellum.

Anyone here know of a tutorial for wet distressing... I followed a lift and used starch and my iron and think I did okay, but I was hoping there was a completed tutorial already out there

I don't know of a tutorial, for that, but I think a lot of people just wet the paper and crinkle it as they dry. I don't use starch myself.

here is a tutorial on burnt edges that I really liked. I'll share it.

Hi there, I'm new to the community but I write a lot of tutorials so I thought I would share a couple of recent ones. I finally tried my hand at Rolled Felt Roses - it was soooo simple I wonder what took me so long. This is not new, but I wanted to try to do this with something I already own and was pleased with the results.

You can see the quick easy steps here: http://www.amazingpapergrace.com/justrite-friendship-b l...

One of my favorites is how to make your own perfect pearls mists

Jewelry displays either spark people's interest to take a good look at your wares - or they fail to attract attention and potential customers keep right on walking.Although you can use all kinds of neat props for jewelry bead boarddisplays, I'd like to emphasize that your jewelry should stand out plainly as the star attraction in the display.Instead, consider displaying about 80% of your jewelry attractively in jewelry
display tray, gift boxes, trays, necklace busts, bracelet / ring display, or earring racks and then accenting the table with the rest of your jewelry pieces featured on the bamboo stalks, tiger-print fabric, and driftwood.
coral beads is a beautiful jewelry beads.

Thank you so much for starting this thread. Some of the links are really good.
I found great interest in that link about pattern ideas. It was an inspiration for me and I have already made a couple of frames with a few of our vacation pics on them.
I'll share them, once my canon is up and running.

Thanks,
Kevin Rudd
