I have been going a long time from buying anything... Almost TWO months! But today some extra time between classes and work and I caved. Sooo I bought:

Christmas present stamp.
Set of 5 brad/clasp things.
2 tags (specimen and call check).
Silver brads.
4 things of different paints.
Purple boshers.
2 bags of buttons.
Children themed metal street signs.

Not much but sufficed my scrappy-bug. Anyone else have any neat new scrappy stuff?

Ya know... I walked into Archiver's today... walked the whole store and looked at everything. I even printed out the coupons in my inbox and brought them with. Guess what.. I didn't buy a single thing!!!!! Pretty good willpower or something. Nothing really grabbed my attention that I felt like I just had to have.

I stopped bye Michaels to use some of my MS 50% off coupons. I got a set of her stacked mini metallic stamp pads (I've never used her stamp pads?), I got the 2 big alphabet punches because I think for 15 bucks they'll be handy for cards and left over scrap paper, I got the big bite crop o dile and some mod podge (which I've never used and have no idea yet how to use lol). I have some coupons for jos that are good starting tomorrow and I wanna get some paper stacks.

Nothing today but yesterday I bought 5 different embelly packs from ebay...Websters Pages newest stuff...sparklers and resin thingies. From SB I ordered little roses from Prima to replace the ones I ran out of cuz I use them a lot and some zva pearls that I need like a hole in the head and a few more pps because having 1000 different pieces of pp just isn't cutting it (maybe a slight exaggeration but still....).
Last weekend my sis and I went to Scrapbook Territory in Berkeley and we both got all kinds of neat stuff. I think (hope) I am done for awhile. One never knows.
Octopie...what are boshers..sounds like a breakfast food.

They do! lol They're by Bazzil and they look like washers you use with screws except they're for scrapbooking... obviously. lol You can use them with ribbons, distress them, paint/ink them. I never seen them before and thought they looked pretty interesting. The pack I got are in light and dark purple in two different sizes.

I stopped off at Michael's after work and was thrilled that they had a new stack of those stamp pads and rub-ons with the chandelier (shine) ,bird cage (fly), key (discover), glasses (vision), clock (take some time), chair (rest a minute) and typewriter (write)!! Each was $1.00 and I love them!!! I also bought some stickers for my LO that I am making of my daughter. I'm taking off work tomorrow so it was a great way to start the weekend!!

Glimmer Mist with a chalky feel to it??!! Hard to describe, kinda a little fuzzy feeling, maybe!!
very soft and pretty, tho!
Howerver, there isn't any "glimmer" to it or if there is, it's faint.

The last time I went into M's, I couldn't find anything I wanted or anything I didn't have. Yikes! I'm beginning to think I've got too much.

OTOH, I can almost always find things that I want to buy at sb.com -- it's the variety, I tell you!

I meant stamps, not stamp pads. Aren't they a great buy??? I love them and although I hate shopping at M's I love it when they offer something like this line!

I haven't bought much lately (don't ever, really).

I was wondering around Michaels last night, wasting time, and found a punch on clearance for $2.99, so I bought it.

I did pass up a pack of Bazzill basic cardstock at Big Lots the other day ($5). I have a huge (like 100 sheet) pack I bought from Michaels a few months ago and haven't even opened yet, so I couldn't justify another pack.

I didn't buy anything today but my cartridges that I ordered a week or so ago arrived - does that count? I love online purchases: first the thrill of buying and then the thrill of receiving.

Finally used my MS coupons at Michael's .. I got 3 punches: the monarch butterfly, the lattice heart, and the doily lace border. The person who rang me up for the first one gave me 50% on top of the 30% (score!), but I wasn't as lucky with the other two. I still have a few more coupons so I may pick up more punches before they expire.

I went out with a real enabler to a LSS store about 45 minutes away....I went nuts (but I knew I would)....

I got so much stuff.

I got 3 different Tote-ally bags, one glimmer mist (Marshmellow), I also got some embellishments, 2 glimmer mist templates (I guess like screens.,.....They are snowflakes) and some white flowers that you can mist and colour and some Star Wars rub-ons. Then I saw something called Glue Gloss and I had to get it for my small items. It looks like a Lip-Gloss but has glue in it.

THEN, I went off to Michaels and got a small tote (50% off) and a small container for my primas and lots of stickers and some carstock....

By the end of the day, I was at over $200.....but I had not been to the LSS store since the spring but I also got an order in from CMemories so it looked like a store in my house.( it was stuff on backorder since August)

I will not forget this day but I was having so much fun.Thank goodness I had put the money aside.

Here is a link to the pic I took of it all.

I broke down today and bought the pink ATG gun and a package of refills for it (had a couple 50%off coupons for Michaels). I also had a couple 50%off an MS product so I bought a couple punches - one that cuts 3 flowers, and the other one has 3 butterflies. I'm going to head back to the 2 Michaels near my house to get some more ATG refills while I have the 50%off coupons tomorrow. Then that will be it until I place my Christmas SU order.

This is so me! I usually go just to "look" then get sucked in by the dollar spot hehe. It's just a dollar, but then I end up with $20 worth of things. LOL

I bought the MS button embossing punch, antique linen distress ink (my first!), an applicator, and a non-stick craft sheet! Now all I have to do is find a space where I can test these babies out.

I wished I lived near one, I loved that store.. I didnt buy anything today, There is no scrapbooking store in the radious of 50 km's and that is Michaels. So its pretty gas effient if I went to the city and do all the errands I need.. Feel like I live in the prairies and go to town once a week..
