I am so sorry that I have not popped in until now.
So far this month has not gone the way I had planned AT ALL... but I won't start whining, I keep reminding myself that there are other folks out in the world that have it so much worse than I do, and it makes me thankful for everything I have even when it sometimes seems so bad.
On the happy flip side, I just finished my ATCs. I will get pics up soon and I'm hoping to get them to the post office on Monday.
LOOOOVE the ATCs!!! You did a fab job on these! I've got to get started. I have an idea in my head...but I just have to get it out an onto these cards! Excited to get these back! My son's soccer season is over so I'll have some time on Sat mornings now to do MY thing! We are taking a break for the Winter and will be back at it for Spring.
Henva, you sound like me. Our Saturdays were all consumed with soccer. My youngest finished playing in our town league and has moved on to the high school league so that's practice and games 5 days a week. However, I'm on the board of directors for the town league so I still spend my Saturdays up at the field either running the concession stand or taking my turn as the "face of the league" in case any issues come up. It sure does rule your weekends for all those years.
Yvonne, I'm hoping to do a December swap if there's interest. I'm really enjoying collecting and creating cards again. I'll probably get the link up some time next week.
I just swapped out all the cards and they'll be going to the post office tomorrow.
As an FYI to those you had 6 spots in the sports category -- there were only 6 people in that category, so if you were in for 6, you will be getting one of your own cards back. Sorry, but because those of you who made six cards, made 6 all the same, so there was no way around it. But that's okay, because if you made them, then you liked them!!! LOL
