If you could only have 5 tools on a weekend crop which ones would it be.

(Your paper trimmer is a must so don't count that one but 5 more)

Mine
1. Tim Holtz Ruler
2. We are Memory keepers Brad tool
3. Cricut
4. Gypsy
5......and not least.....MY ATG

Fun!

1. ATG
2. BigShot
3. Scissors
4.......hmmmm. I can't think of another "tool" that I use consistently. Even my Criciut only gets sporadic use right now.

I'd just borrow everyone else's stuff.

If I had to choose ONLY 5 Tools:

Silhouette
MM Tool Kit
Distrezz-it-All
ATG
Splat Mat

Having said that, I would be packing everything else I could fit into my big Rolling Tote Organizer. That's why I don't go to crops!

It depends on what I'm working on. I usually stick to one theme because then I don't have to drag all of my paper along. LOL.

For my the album I am currently working on the list would be:

1. Cutterbee scissors
2. Adhesive
3. ink
4. pens
5. templates to punch holes and embroidery floss

Oh fun!

My 5 tools would be...
1) Cricut
2) Gypsy
3) Silent Setter Set (can't remember brand - in cute little black case with lime green writing)
4) TH Distresser
5) Heat gun

I agree that adhesive shouldn't count, but if ATG counts as a tool, then I'm leaving the heat gun home.

I agree - the adhesive shouldn't count but the ATG is a tool so I counted it.

Am I the only one taking my Slice? Its so easy to use at a crop. Love my Cricut at home, but like the ease and convenience of my Slice at crops.

1 - Tonic Paper cutter
2 - scissors
3 - Cricut & Gypsy (or Slice)
4 - corner rounder
5 - hot glue gun

I am not going to count my atg in this because I think of it as a tape dispenser more than a tool. I have to say limiting to five is really hard. I would really like to include my cropadile and my heat gun.

Crud! I hadn't even thought about punches.
Well.... the question was for a crop, so theoretically, I'd be so organized, I will have punched at home before I went to the crop.

I thought this would be easy for me since I don't take a lot of stuff but I'm a little stumped LOL.
Let see,
1. ATG
2. Brown ink (I'm a distresser)
3. Scissors
4. Paper Piercer tool
5. punches (rounder, scallop and eyelet), scallop if I had to choose one.

I just learned something about myself..... I take lots of embellishments to crops. All the stuff that I wanted to add to the list was to make my pages pretty tee hee. I don't take lots of tools.

I only use about five tools on a daily basis...I scrap on an extremely low budget. Besides the things I picked out for my birthday this year, every bit of my scrapbook stuff was given to me or re-purposed from other hobbies!

1. Cutting mat
2. Exacto Knife
3. Metal Ruler
4. Glue Stick
5. Martha Stewart Circle Cutter wheel

I couldn't ONLY have 5 tools.

Okay, I will try....

1. Hole punch/eyelet setter (I have the one with the spring in the middle and one tool on each end)

2. Trimmer (fancy, can be used to score, etc...)

3. ATG (just got the pink one, THANKS ladies for the great advice)

4. Does ink count as a tool..?

5. laptop

This is an awfully hard question. Hmmmmm

1. Distress inks
2. WRMK brad thingy
3. Fiskars trimmers (I've had them over 10 years)
4. Big shot
5. my craft mat or if that's not considered a tool I'd have to say crop-a-dile

Phew....had to think about that.
I don't go to crops but I do take my stuff on our mini vacations.

Well since I get to take my trimmer as an automatic, my five would be:
1. ATG
2. Cutterbee scissors
3. Silent Setter Kit
4. Corner rounder punch
5. Craft mat

But she didn't mention all the other embellishments and trimmings we can bring! I don't consider stamps a tool. It's definitely an embellishment!!! Or maybe that's just me justifying and trying to find a loophole for more stuff.
