Here's my week two layout. It's actually going to be the first layout in my album though. I absolutely LOVE this song by Lady Antebellum (it's on the Act Of Valor soundtrack). It's about leaving something you'll be remembered for, and isn't that why we all do this thing called scrapbooking?
Michelle, I am very technically challenged so her classes are helping me tremendously. I have taken a few others too and like you I would like to take more some day. We wrap up the class tomorrow with the last lesson then I really want to spend time playing with this new knowledge.
Here is my week 3 layout. Thanks so much to all of you who write such lovely comments - I am working on the other People I love layouts, but it is emotional - almost like therapy. Took a break this week: My Life Book -Timeline 1 By PamStewart.Iowa
This week not much to do just had just duty and slow at work so I did pictures of me. I hate my picture being taken so the last few years I purposely made myself have my picture taken so my daughter will have some pictures of me.
Ok. Here's my foster puppy. I think this is going to be my Project 52 Week 3 photo. Isn't he darling? How could ANYone abandon that face, but that's what happened to this boy. Now he's looking for a forever family, but until he finds them, he's living with me.
Sorry about the photo size. I just used the embed code for my FB photo and it turned out a little big. I'll see if I can't resize it somehow.
I've figured out my problem! I have pictures; I have supplies; I have an organized space...I keep going on trips here in Puerto Rico! It's killing my scrap time...
I've been coaching soccer and this is the last week. But it's my daughter's birthday on Wednesday, my parents come in for 10 days on Friday, and Kylene's birthday party is at the base water park on Saturday. So I'll be hard pressed to find any scrap time this week too.
This weekend we went to Aguadilla (again) on the west coast of Puerto Rico. Hung out on the beach in Rincon (huge surfing area!) and today we went back Crash Boat Beach. However, at Crash Boat today we got a "show" from the Pelicans and their whisperer! I'll try to post some pics and a video...he gets the pelicans to do tricks like dance and moonwalk!!
I'm so jealous of all you getting to scrap - your LO's look fantastic! Keep up the great work. One week at a time!

I totally changed what I was going to do in this challenge! I was just going to catch up on my scrapbooking with doing a layout every week! But then saw some of the awesome layouts and decided to do a smash about the things I enjoy!
Whew...got this done, although I am sure when I'm working tomorrow I would wish I;d have gotten more work done. I will be back after dinner and practice for leaving love. Week 3 Project 52 By TeriScraps

Well I'm out for this week (obviously)... DH's cold progressed to (we think) bronchitis, which, with pulmonary fibrosis and being on immune suppressants, is very hard to get rid of! We will know for sure tomorrow when we go in! On top of that, Carlo started coughing Saturday and it quickly went to his chest and today confirmed he has Bronchialitis! That's what makes me think DH has it too... My kid couldn't just get a cold like everyone else... he had to go BIG!
Anyway so I'm nursing two sick babies and scrubbing the top layer of skin off my hands in the process! Needless to say I did not get time to scrap, attend my crop or much else this weekend! I'll be home at least the next five days tho so.... maybe??
Will check in when I can on my breaks, but if anyone need me, I'm in quarantine!
