When you create a beautiful page that you're proud of, what do you do with it? Do you put it straight into the album, or do you display it somewhere?

When we were in rented accommodation, I bought 3 white canvasses, attached a page protector (on its side) on the front with white brads, and hung them on the lounge wall with that removable 3M tape. I would slide my current favourite LOs, which were usually my latest ones, into the page protectors and change them out as I felt like it.

Now we have no spare wall space to do that. I have a little easel on my scrap desk that my pages go on until I put them in the albums. That way they have a bit of a display before they disappear into "storage".

What do you do?

Since no one but me cares about the LO's I make (other than my 7yr old twins..) I put them on my scrap table in "the pile" until I finally get them in chronological order and into their respective books (Like I finally did last weekend).

I really love the idea of the canvases, I have the wall space in my scrap area, but worry about fading since its very bright in there....but its a great idea!

Mine typically go into the book that sits in my living room then when it gets full I start a new one.

I bought a LO holder at M's w/coupon for $10.
It holds about 20 LO's. I change it out when I have a fave, but I just keep it in my scraproom.

I put it in the album and leave it open on the coffee table, because my husband likes to look at them.

I bought this exact same one... has worked GREAT for me. We don't have a lot of wall space, or space in general, so this was the perfect solution to "display" my layouts.

I usually put them in albums unless it's just something I'm really proud of. Then I have a curtain rod hung with 2 page protectors hanging off of it & I'll put my best in there to display for a while.

I love the layout holder & the canvas idea is awesome!

Somewhere, I read where a lady put her layouts (she was talking mostly about bulky ones) in clear bags from Clearbags.com, and put them in a basket in her living room. That way people could flip through them when they visited or her family could. I really liked this idea, and I may end up doing that.

I have a couple of 12x12 frames hanging in the hallway with a double layout. Although, I admit, they are quite old, and need to be updated.
I also have a 12x12 frame in my scraproom with a favorite layout.

I also have an easel on my desk with a layout.

Like Teresa, my layouts go in a pile, then get placed in albums chronologically. But, they may stay in the pile a LONG time.

I'm neurotic about my LO's now, but I wasn't before.

As soon as I finish one, I scan it, upload it to SB.com and email the link to friends and family that may have an interest in that particular LO.

Then it goes on the mantle for one day so that the fam can admire. From there it goes into one of three shadow frame boxes in my office. The LO that's taken out of the frame to replace with a new one then goes immediately into the album in the year in which the event happened.

For a few years I let them lay around and they got so dusty, I went through a can of compressed air to blow the dust off them.

I put them in my scrapbook right away and the current scrapbook is always out and turned to the page with the most recent layouts.

I display mine on the wall in my scraproom. I display 6 at a time and whenever I finish a page replace one of the older ones with the new one.

I hang a few layouts on the walls too. At Christmas time I dig out the Christmas layouts. It's fun, Hanging up the Christmas layouts has become part of my Christmas decorating routine.

First I make DH admire it (he enjoys my scrapping so it's not hard ), then take a pic, then it goes straight into an album. I've been wanting a wall display but we have no extra wall space. But - I LOVE that LO holder, I've never seen it before! Definitely going to Ms this weekend to look for it.

I put mine into my current albums that sit on dictionary stands in the library. They stay open to the most current ones.
I LOVE the basket of bags with LO's in it and I also love the cafe rods-- I may have to steal both of those!

I have 5-12 X 12 magnetic frames that I put the last 5 LO's in. When I finish a LO I put the oldest one in an album, then display the new one. Works great for me.

I used to keep them in those plastic drawers till I put them in my straphinge album. Since I switched to 3 ring, I put them in right away (unless I am too busy & then I put them in the drawers. I like to leave them out so I can keep looking at them.

Wow! There is some awesome ideas here for displaying layouts! Great question RedSquirrel! I have a rotating display frame. Here is a link to a post about it on my blog.

I have the same stand from Michaels as Chans Gram. I also put a few layouts on plate stands around the house. I like to look at them and show them off before I put them in albums, seldom to be seen again. I also bought several of those shadowbox frames at M's made for layouts...there are layouts in them but they are stacked on the floor....can't seem to make it to an actual wall.

WOW that wall display is awesome and the canvas idea is great too. I have been trying to figure out how I want to display my favorite layouts. CM has this wall hanging thing but at $70 dollars it is to steep for my blood. I love that wall display and I have the wall space to do something like that so I know what I am going to be doing this weekend!

I think i have a good idea!!! Have you been to micheals to check out their stands for scrapbook pages? They are affordable and come in two sizes 12x12 and smaller 6x6 (i think) I really want to get one (mine will be the 12) The only bad thing is you have to have table space which for you may not work idk. good luck!!!

I put them on a pile until I feel like taking the time to put them in a book. I don't display the separate pages, but I do have my scrapbooks out on display for anything to look through them if they wish.

The ideas suggested in this post are so good! I always want to display the pages I'm proud of but instead I put them in my books. I'm so bad about organizing my books too. I just randomly scrapbook pictures here & there and stick them in the next available page protector with no real chronological order to them. I do find myself going and pulling my albums out and looking often at the pages I'm proud of though!
