I've recently gone nuts over Tim Holtz stamp sets. Not only are there so many designs I crave but I love that red rubber. It not only stamps beautifully but it cleans up so easy and clings to it's acrylic sheets so well. I've gone a little overboard buy up the older sets that are on sale now. I want every one...well almost!

I see there are several new ones coming out that are beautiful! In addition I love the new Deep Red stamps.....

What's your dream products right now that you can't resist?

I have an addiction to Spellbinders and other thin steel dies. As a "partner"..I love embossing folders. If it can go through my Cuttlebug... I NEED it.

NANCY: Confess! How many do you have?

I really enjoy the MS and EK success punches too, I'm trying to restrain myself because I am maxing out storage. I'm not familiar with the CM....probably a good thing!

I have embossing folders but I don't use those as much. But dies.....I'm always looking at them. Fortunately I have the thin dies like Spellbinders so storage is not an issue.

I love wood and I have a friend who is crazy over chipboard. She can't stop buying it, you see how much! In fact she just purchased new storage for her plain chipboard!

I'll tell you something else I love is dressforms of any type, dies, stamps, chipboard. I'm nuts for that. A lot of people question the use of some of the fads like mustaches and I agree but I'm nuts for dress forms !!!!!!!! I love the Leaky Shed dress form chipboard. Used it once and it was the perfect design for a photo of my GGM. I'm going to have to get another. LOVE!

I'm addicted to Justrite Stamps right now (some are a really nice clear type and some are rubber cling). I would buy the Spellbinder dies that go with them too if I could afford to do so.

I've included just a few below... can't even let myself consider getting too many more.

I totally second the obsession with TH stamps. I collect them. I say collect because I don't actually use them... can't get into stamping on a page... but they're so cool!

Ohhhh I love to use stamps on pages. I'm doing that a lot now to add something to my Ancestry pages that I want to be flat.

I will admit that I have quite a few dies and I have not used them all....yet!

I've been buying lots of bling for my daughter's pages but have haven't done a thing with any of it. Bought TONS of stuff for the Disney cruise book I need to make and haven't started that one either! I really need to get my studio done so I can unpack all my stuff and get it sorted out.

Because I use an electronic cutter for my work scrapping stuff, I'm a font and cutting file hoarder too.

I'd like to start collecting more colors of embossing powders. Also I've been thinking I'd like to beef up my collection of masking templates. I've been really liking the Gesso look I've been seeing recently.

FILOFAX! I haven't heard that term in years! Not since i-phones anyway. I used to be in to my filofax, actually, whenever anyone in my family asked me for a birthday date or what are we doing on such and such a date in such and such a year, I would answer and say, "I am just a walking, talking filofax"

Okey, I'll admit it, I still own a Franklin that I use for addresses. For some reason I can't get rid of it. I've had it since the early 90's.

I LOVE stamps and keep collecting them. I need ideas on how to use them, besides printing things in black, or a darker color than the paper I'm stamping on. My stamping tries quickly gets covered with flowers or other ebellishes because they look so ... uhh cheap? Amaturish? Unfinished?
I scour the gallery looking for ideas, but haven't seen much stamping. Pitagirl

Hi!

I use stamps on a lot of my LO's. In fact, when I pick a stamp or stamp set to buy, I already have an idea about how I can use it in a LO. I general use them in the background but in a couple of these examples I used it on a die cut as an embellishment.

You mentioned using black or dark ink. I also use white ink and white embossing powder on a dark paper.

If you look at my gallery also at my 8.5x11 pages for my genealogy book, I frequently use stamping to add design because I want these pages to be flat.

"all of it...I need it all" That's my battle cry! I've just started to use gesso and paint/inks/sprays on my LOs. Right now I seem to be spending a ton on chipboard...I discovered Dusty Attic (my poor credit card)...now I think I own stock in the place.

If I had the funds, I would get a complete set of colours of inks for stamping. I have a few Distress inks and quite a lot of little square pads for inking the edges of paper, but I only have black, brown and an eye-poppingly bright donated pink for actually stamping images with. I really love the SU! tonal effects.

I haven't even used gesso yet....don't get me started on something new. I'm nuts over inks already.

The new lines of G45 are on my mind right now! All amazing! The Botanical Garden will be "I have to have" for sure.

I've been collecting punches lately. SU punches, MS punches... Do I really USE punches?? No so far. Guess that's in my future.

Also collect stamps. Collect. Rarely use. They're mostly cat stamps that I add to my cat collection, or Christmas stamps. I only send out about 30 Christmas cards a year. Why do I need 50 sets of Christmas stamps???

It's a sickness, I guess - but I'm not looking for a cure.
