I have some WWII medals from a family member tha tI would like to put in a book with the pictures and information ion them. Right now they are in the boxes they came in. do they make any type of page protector etc for adding big things like that? I'm not sure how i would adhere them to a page. I thought maybe if i took them out of the boxes I could hang them some on heavy card stock. Any thoughts suggestions?

If you want to keep them protected, I'm thinking flip flaps or something like them. Or, you could keep the medals in their boxes and scan an image of them to print off and adhere near the photo.
I've done that with bulky items.

that's a good idea I never thought of scanning them. The main reason I wanted them in a book is so I could put what they are so having a picture of the medal would work great.

You could probably download images from the web.
