I decided to challenge myself and make a Halloween card/tag that used a heart. I started with a tag and distress ink then added a couple of layers of paint through stencil (there are even hearts running along the side of the tag). The heart die cut was inked & painted then popped up slightly. Everything else is rub-ons. I used my two favourite adhesives - foam pop dots and double-sided tape.
Entered into October card challenge - theme.
