That is a gorgeous photo and a very pretty layout. One of the best vacation days I ever had was in Ireland in the rain. I hate rain, but we walked along a road overlooking the ocean with a tree canopy to cover us. It was stunning, just like your photo!
A rainy day in Portofino, Italy, me standing on the terrace at Castello Brown admiring the fabulous views. If you want to see what I am looking at, I did a layout of our view a couple of weeks ago titled Portofino. I used some very old supplies on this one...LuminArte paints & Plaid clear glass finish. The glistening effect of the paints doesn't really show up on the photo though. The flower I made using a tutorial on Helen Croft's blog page. The chipboard title & umbrella are by scrapfx. I painted the umbrella and inked the title and added some clear glass finish accents. TFL.
