Journaling: When I was a little girl, I couldn’t have known how big my dreams would be. As a small child, I didn’t think about what my goals in life would be. Growing up, I always focused on the here and now. In the back of my mind, I always had some vague idea about marriage and kids, maybe being an artist and selling my paintings. Cut to reality. Years later, I’m a single mom of two working in retail. But I believe I’m finally on the right path. Through a series of small, insignificant events, I have discovered my passion, my goal, my dream. Through hard work and perseverance, I am slowly chipping away at it. I’ve recently won as runner up in a major digital scrapbooking contest, I’m creating my own digital kits, I just found out that I will be published in a few months time in a major magazine, and I finally have my website up and running. I am well on my way to living my dream.
