Scrapvivor - Final Week "The Art of Scrapbooking"
This week we were given the freedom to use whatever products we wanted with only ONE catch.... we had to use a piece of art (provided to us) as inspiration. Here is a link to the artwork we re asked to use:

I was inspired by the swirls in the background and the funny looking things that look like bursts....
Most of my inspiration however came from the "painted" look of the whole thing, so i chose to "water-paint" the background onto white cardstock.... I had a great time with this and it was something i had never tried before.
_______This is a photo of my friend and I one night when we went out on the town, this doesn't happen much, so needless to say we tried to fit several years of fun into ONE night. The band was playing "material girl" by madonna and while everyone was dancing they threw money into the air!!! We collected all the dollar bills we could find in the dark.... and for reasons unknown, chose to stuff them in our shirts. As i looked back on this photo, i decided that yes, perhaps, i should keep my day job, i think teeth suit me better than this look!!!! But we had a great time and made great memories!!!
