This is an entry for the October Card Challenge for the category of technique. This is the faux silk technique. An image is stamped onto tissue paper and then glued to a backing to create a textured piece.
The stamp is Stampscapes Lakeside Cabin Collection and is called Pine 196F. The glue behind the vellum is not nearly as noticeable in real life as it appears on the photo.
