This is an entry for the October Card Challenge for the category of technique. I needed to stamp an image onto tissue paper and then apply the tissue paper to a backing, which creates a textured look. In this case a used a tissue paper with large black polka dots on it. I only used the tissue paper technique for the background. I can't identify the flower stamp but the sentiment stamp is from Stampin Up.
