I'm not good at journaling, and admire those who are; so I wrote a poem instead. TFL
Poem:
Ghosts, mummies, and fairies too;
so many costumes, what's one to do?
I searched high and low, but to no avail;
my head was a spinning, and I wanted to whail!
Fighting the crowds, and doing my best;
just a few more minutes, and i'll give it a rest.
That's when I saw it, tucked back on a shelf;
the perfect costume, I could not help myself.
I just had to have it, and that was that;
so worth the struggle, my fabulous hat!
