This is our chef at Jack's Place, a teppanyaki restaurant in Okinawa. I used to voice their TV commercials 1998- 2000. Jack still remembered me and warmly welcomed me when we arived -- which impressed my kids. I can't remember Jack's Japanese name, but his restaurant has been a favorite dining spot of Americans for years and years. The Kobe beef is delicious!
