Give a Cheer
I was inspired by NCScrapAddict (on cricut.com mb)when she posted this card Celebrate-Straight from the Nest I created my card for my mother-in-law for her birthday which is tomorrow. I was also introduced to the flower technique used on her card and on mine. I will be for sure creating more of these flowers it was so easy!!!
I used these Cricut cartridges:
Winter Woodland for the scalloped circles for the flower cut at 2 1/2, inked the edges, applied the flower technique, and stickled the edges of the flower
Alphalicious for the tag cut at 5
Calligraphy Collection for the "You're the best" cut at 2 and applied Martha Stewart glitter and stickled the outline
Cuttlebug for the leaves, embossed and stickled
Inside the card I used:
A Child's Year for the inside cut at 6 and inked the edges
Lyrical Letters for the "Happy Birthday" cut at 2 1/4 and applied Martha Stewart glitter
