Absolutely wonderful! I love your journaling so much! What an amazing story to tell. And your layout is so cute. I especially love the conversation bubble above the camera. You are so creative!
Love the title and how you placed the items on the page. This is indeed a sweet, nostalgic layout and how neat that you had such a great photo to use too!!!!!
Journaling: "This is my big brother Mike serenading the family with his guitar... I'm sure he was probably singing along too. In this photo (taken at our home on Edgewood Rd in Waycross, Georgia) Aunt Mary and Uncle Ellis had come for a visit. They were the closes thing I ever knew to grandparents, as all of mine had passed before I was born. Daddy had worked for Uncle Ellis in his grocery store before he went off to war and also lived with them for a while. I can remember many trips to Fitzgerald, Georgia to visit the Wynns. On one visit, Aunt Mary taught me how to tat. One thing I remember about them - he was over six feet tall and she was less than five feet tall. Seated from L-R: Daddy, Uncle Ellis, Kathy, Aunt Mary (and I think that's my knee you can see in the rocker)" Circa 1965
"Who's gonna steal the show, you know, baby, it's the guitar man" is the quote above the camera. TFL!
