Our challenge was to create a LO featuring our spiritual mentor. I chose my mother, Anne B. Cogley.

The journaling reads:

Her children arise and call her blessed; her husband also, and he praises her:
"Many women do noble things, but you surpass them all."

She is clothed in strength and dignity; she can laugh at the days to come.

She speaks with wisdom, and faithful instruction is on her tongue.

She sets about her work vigorously; her arms are strong for her tasks.

She opens her arms to the poor and extends her hands to the needy.

She watches over the affairs of her household and does not eat the bread of idleness.

Her husband has full confidence in her and lacks nothing of value.

She brings him good, not harm, all the days of her life.

She is worth far more than rubies.

Charm is deceptive and beauty is fleeting; but a woman who fears the Lord is to be praised.

I realized too late that I took the picture before without the tab (including another ribbon) for the hidden journaling, which reads:

I used all 3 twists, 2 ribbons, one ruby button & a found item. When I first read the challenge, I knew exactly what I wanted to do from the photo to the journaling to the title, to the flowers and even the paper!! That has NEVER happened to me before! I was so excited, but when I went to look for the photo, I could not find it anywhere! I was heartbroken, this is my favorite picture of my mom and I always used to tell her she looked just like a movie star in it. I practically tore my dad's house apart searching for this. In fact, I had laid out the entire LO with the exception of adhering it because I didn't know if I would be able to find the photo. Finally I found a box with a bunch of stuff piled on it. My dad insisted he would never put these pictures (there were also some of him in the Navy and with my uncle) in a box. Lo and behold, in that box were the 4 missing pictures, so alas, this photo was my FOUND item!!

TFL!
