This is my favorite restaurant. It is located in downtown Fullerton and they serve "mostly" health food. No red meat, and some of the best cookies you have ever had in your life, but a lot of vegetarian dishes. This building was once a doctor's office, and a home. Three college students decided to start a coffee shop that served desserts too and Rutas was born. The inside is decorated with an eclectic collection of furniture and lots of local art. It's got a really great vibe and the food and service are fantastic. There are two other locations now, but none compare to the original. :)
