I took a break from working on the Bombay book and decided to scrap a belly dancing troop that I knew during College. One of the dancers was a neighbor of mine. These are from the Sweet Pea Festival in Bozeman Montana in 1986. I don't think I was a back stage mom to them at this show but I was a backstage mom at two of their other shows. I had so many pictures from this performance that I had no idea what to do. My bestest friend suggested I try something she does frequently, which is what I tried to do here. Believe me, I have about 2 times more pictures from this show and narrowed it down to these.
