I used tin foil over cardstock and ran it through my Cuttlebug.
Then I used some black distress ink over top.
The tin foiled piece just slips back into the outside card.
The # 40 is randomly stamped with Versa mark and then I used the ZING embossing powder on top. I love the glitter of that embossing powder.
