I made this for a friend using a 3" trinket box. I covered the top with a fabric image to which I added batting to make it a pin cushion to showcase hat pins. I added fabric flowers (I made the pink one) and fabric leaves. Edged the top with a pink and white trim; layered pale pink and white shirred lace on the bottom. Added some stickles and a rhinestone. Made a hat pin with crystals, pearls, and metal rings.
