I wanted to do a Lo of my DM and myself for mothers day and I thought it fit right in to my theme of the weddings of my girls and then my wedding. I meant to mention in the last two lo's that I tried to create them with the colors of their weddings. it was a challenge, My daughters wedding was mostly a hot pink, with purple and touches of hot orange, and the reason behind that is, DD fav colors are pink & purple and DSIL is orange, so we tried to combine the 3, it was tough but in the end it all just looked like Summer!!!:) Then my DDIL wanted deep purple with champagne and bright greens. And then there is mine, My main color was purple ALSO, with touches of other shades of purple and light pink. I tried to bring out more of the light pink in mine just so the 3 Lo's together wouldn't look all the same. ( I like how all 3 weddings had purple). I look back at my wedding photos and smile because gosh I was just so young, didn't know what to do with my hair or make-up.... But I am thankful for everything, and I would have never known that day, that this photo would have been so precious to me now. I feel like I'm doing pretty good considering mama has been gone for 4 months, But I still cry daily. but I know Jesus is giving me peace. The light pink paper behind the photo is a hidden journal. it reads..... Thanks mom for being right by my side on my wedding day, and many other moments.I remember feeling extremely nervous on this very day and scared too, But I also had butterflies from the excitement of getting married! At the same time I remember thinking.. what am I doing?? But my precious Mom always made me feel safe & secure & she supported everything I done, no matter what her own feelings were. Oh how she must of felt on that day. her little girl getting married at age 17. Thanks mom for being the best! TFL
