Great great layout. Love how you made that embellie by trimming the patterned paper. If our adult kids didn't still want to do a tree here I'd give it up. All I need is my manger set and some outside lights. Happy New Year.

Made me smile. I don't do trees either although I have a small wrought iron one which holds candles and hurricane globes. I decorate everything in the house. Don't need a tree either.
