Give a Cheer
This is my DD, when he was between 17 and 18 yrs old. This is one of the only professional photos that my DD ever had,, unfortunatly it got damaged.
My Dad was a down to earth guy that loved to go hunting, fishing and camping. When I was a little girl I remember him wading through the river with me on his shoulders and him in his cut off Levis. He won all kinds of ribbons for being a marksmen with all kinds of guns. He lived in the country close to the river and enjoyed taking his dog , Jake, there to play in the water and relax and visit with nearby neighbors. He lived with me until he passed away of cancer April 6th 2010. I admired his strength and courage. His Dad died when he was 2 and his mom left him and his little brother when he was about 13 yrs old. She came back 20 yrs later. That was tough on him and he had to grow up fast. He was so Courageous and strong and such a fighter. I will always have our memories and he will always be close to my heart.
The gold photo corners are from Annavalentin,,thanks so much Anna. Did some lacing, inspired by the talented Natasha (luvmybabies) and stamping. One of the charms was my dads from the hunting club he was in. Enterd this into a couple of Challenges at PIT. TFL :)
