I started with the backgroundpaper. Clipped my picture on the mask and put a frame around it. Then i played with different overlays, under and over my picture. I even clipped one over the picture and gave the blendmodus soft light. It lightened my picture a little bit.
Then i finished it with 2 elements and a wordart.
