great design. Oh my husband is going to be jealous of them riding the dino ride (top right) He wanted to ride that so bad but it was only for kids and adults could only go if they were with a child. We didn't find a child we could ask to ride it with him without scaring them or their parents to death so he didn't get to ride it!! :) like the strips of paper
This is for the Theme Park Challenge, #3, which was to create a page featuring a ride. The original design of this lo was by Sandi Nezat during the Crop Connection workshop I went to this weekend. I changed it up a bit by adding the paint, title, and buttons. I also moved the journaling blocks so that they were near each photo . Sandi provided the yellow crackle paint, which was the first time I had ever used it. I probably would not have come up with that color on my own, but it really does make the stars stand out more. I also liked the crackle paint so much that I bought two bottles in other colors. After I uploaded this I decided to move the buttons on the 2d page top photo to the bottom right corner of that photo.
The journaling reads: The ET ride was declared to be AWESOME. The Flyers were thrilling even for Mama. Barney's playland was so much fun!
I created the title using my sizzix sidekick. Font is Tootsie. I layered two sets of letters, and offset those slightly, so the the letters would be a little thicker.
