This is a playful layout for the ~Beach Boys Lyric Challenge~ I made the background by printing the lyrics over and over. I used some of our common sayings to illustrate "southern speak." The measuring tape ribbon is to illustrate the rule of mannerliness. The journaling says "I grew up saying yes m'am and yes sir. I still do it to this day. I try not to say y'all although it is hard since it has been a part of my vocabulary for 60 years. When I have been in the north (Yankee territory) I have been asked to repeat certain words for the enjoyment of others. We Southerners are slow talking and like to pronounce our words with extra syllables at times. Our drawl is part of our charm and I'm not "fixin" to change. Have a nice day! Cheryl
