what a great photo; glad you were able to ut some info together with the newspaper clipping~I did a lot of deducing like that when I was going through the pics from my uncle's house. Perfect colours, great distressing and I love the ribbon and timepiece!
It is a special photo, so wonderful that you kept it and scrapped it along with the newspaper clipping! I really love the papers and colors you chose, they work so very well with the photo and that ribbon with the watch is a very neat touch!! A great find to add to your family history!
I found this this picture in my MIL's items after she passed. There is a weatherednewspaper clipping of the wedding of her Aunt to a gentleman whose last name is Baumgartner. This picture had "Morris Baumgartner" on the back. I have deduced that this is the son of the couple in the wedding announcement. I remember that that my MIL had some relatives in California she would visit from time to time and I think this might be her cousin as a little boy. There was no year listed on the newspaper clipping but I would guess the picture was taken around 1920??? It was just too special to throw away and I felt compelled to keep it.
