Hello - I did a search and found the directions. Basically you get paper bags - alternate their direction, fold in half, make a binding - I chose to punch holes to tie with ribon and fiber - you can sew it as well. Now you have a book. Some pages will have the top of the bag to insert a tag, etc., while others will be the bottom of the bag (you can cut that too). For the punched holes, I made a templete on a piece of scrap card stock - so my holes where even and then used that to punch all of my bags so the hole line up. I hope that I have made some sense with this.
This is a home-made paper bag album for Disney - that I made as a teacher end of the year gift. I used many different patterned papers, fibers, eyelets, brads, etc.
