January 11 - A diamond in the rough

this is the seed pod of one of my summer flowers - having caught the sleet last night I think it made a very pretty "diamond" in that little cup nature provided. Yes, it's icy and chilly and SLIPPERY out there, but there is beauty to be found just steps out the door.
