I used 2: the journaling card and the pink squiggly card, which I also cut a half circle embellishment out of.

"Have you heard of the Levain Cookie?
It is a 'World Famous' 6oz chocolate chip walnut cookie at the Levain Bakery in New York. They are described as 'enormous, crunchy on the outside and soft and ooey gooey on the inside'. People wait in long lines to get their hands on one; apparently it's worth it!
David found a copy cat recipe and they are now, officially, my FAVORITE cookie! If these are anywhere near as good as the originals, I would definitely agree that they are worth standing in line for! Someday I hope to try the real thing. BTW - David created a special Pumpkin Spice version for me."

FABULOUS color palette! You did such a great job of fitting the journaling on the card perfectly. Man, those cookies sound super yummy and how cool that not only did your DH find a copy cat recipe but he tweaked it especially for you.

Don't feel bad..I worked all day on NSD, so I didn't get anything done! I love your background polka dot pp here- perfect for the cookie theme...and I adore sweets, so I must now scour the internet for said recipe! That is one bakery I have not been to in NYC!
