Wow!!! Frilly frills it may not be but your layout pic is very inspiring to me. I lllove how you "just do it", which is what it comes down to. I notice that with each of your pics you have a common thought running through every comment you post with them, and that's the fact that you are honoring a memory or a moment. I love the way you just "simply scrap". :-) And any time I see these colors together it makes my heart warm. I love it!

Wedding: Aunt Peggy's FEAST

I took a pic of both pages of a 2-page 8.5x11" spread, for sake of continuity. This was back in the days before "bugs" - I traced all those letters using stencils, then (gasp!) cut them out by hand. Not a very fancy page, but the bright pink and teal letters picked up the teal in the buffet tablecloth, and the pink and teal in the paper I used to mat the photos. Nothing fancy, but it honors Aunt Peggy for the feast she prepared for our rehearsal dinner.
