This layout is entirely made of solid paper, no patterned paper.
I love the show Everybody Loves Raymond. I was always inspired by the window shutters in Marie's kitchen. So I decided to try to mimic them with paper and it turned out perfectly! And as it turns out it is REALLY perfect for this layout I've had mulling around in my mind. My MIL loves that show too and her favorite colors are earthy greens, browns, and greys.
So I combined it all into this layout about my daughter and MIL and their close relationship. I love this picture of them and I printed it in a dusky grey.
I printed the title and journaling with my computer. And then I edged it with some fluffy/fibery yarn to soften the over all look just a bit.
