The photo was not taken at the scene described, but this is the best one I could find. I've been having difficulty taking good shots of her. She's becoming very camera shy.
Journaling reads: I was recently impressed by your true sense of empathy for your one-year-old brother. You had both sneaked into the bathroom while I was washing dishes. I heard a thump, and you both started crying. You were crying louder, so I thought you were the one who was hurt. Yet before I made it to the scene, you came running out to meet me. You had tears coming down your cheeks and tried to explain through your sobs that Thomas got his hand stuck under the toilet seat. I rushed in to free his hand. He was fine after I consoled him. I assured you that he was alright, then thanked you for telling me what happened. I was amazed that you had such genuine concern for your little brother. There is no way I could have taught you that -- it had to have come from God. You are not only a beautiful little girl but also a loving person.
