Really interesting background on Chung Do Kwan. I bet we all need to go to a place like that...lol. Well, not everyone, but it sounds like a good workout and great therapy to me! Super cool design, like the background paper, cool idea!

My Tae Kwon Do school is a small one and occupies a store front. I did this for the BOM challenge, my happy place, nothing like kicking, punching, and yelling your stress away! Chung Do Kwan roughly translates as the House of the Blue Wave, it was one of the first kwans or schools to open in Korea after the Japanese occupation ended.
