This is for a surprise 80th birthday album for my 2nd cousin. Since he already does lots of photography and albums, I wanted to do a really special scrapbook page for him. June 14 in 1926 was on a Monday, so I included a mini-calendar. The journaling reads: I thank God for putting Grant, Jr. into our family. It wasn't until I became caregiver to our beloved Aunt Fae Allen that I really got to know my second cousin, with his photo savvy and sense of humor. Congratulations on this special 80th birthday. Love, Judith The hidden journaling of ribbons reads: GREEN = Grant Jr with his mom RED = Grant and Evelyn Allen, Stonewall, GA GOLD = all smiles :) The LO idea was scraplifted from a blog member--Miss Scarlet's "Mallie Belle Dutton and Melodie-Belle Dutton"....thanks Ms Scarlet (Belle)!
