I found this deep essay written by my son Al on The Most Influential Person In His Life. It was SO wonderful, mature and complimentary that Jeff (who is his STEPfather) and I were floored-- especially since Al is usually a total FOOL- LOL. The (military) star is the same star that is tattooed on my husband and several of my sons so that THEY could be like Jeff....So--> the essay is in the little envelope... he asked me if I wanted the typed completed version, but I said I wanted to keep the one with his cute writing.
